Brows brows brows!

Everyone has gone eyebrow crazy in the last couple of years! Why, you may ask? The shape and size of your brows can make such a difference to how your face looks! Just a peek at these celebrities without eyebrows is enough to make any one that knows anything about beauty cringe. (hashtag: cringeworthy).
Even Kim K looks like something out of a Stephen King Horror movie browless!
Mila Kunis.. is that you? (No, really?)
Female sex symbol, or witch in some strange new Disney movie? (see what I did there..?)
So, I'm assuming we're all in agreeance that eyebrows make a difference! I have seen girls that simply haven't been educated on how to shape their brows, or have tried to copy their mums, or couldn't afford to get them shaped by a professional so they took a crack at it themselves. To clarify: I am not shaming these girls! It isn't their fault sometimes, this is simply to show you how to correct your brows, what shape would best suit your face and at what points your brows should start & end.

Brow bootcamp: now if your brows look like any of the following, prepare for a couple of months of unruly brows coming your way in order to grow enough hair to re-shape them!
Straight brows now have an all new meaning!
Brow punctuation (comma)
Nike Ticks.. Just DONT do it

Okay, so we have established what not to do. How do we fix it? Or for beginners, how do we get from bushy to shaped? Firstly, we need to understand what would suit our faces!

Rounded Brows:
Although the pronounced arch is more favourable at the moment, rounded brows most certainly have their place, when used correctly! Rounded brows are great for those of you with narrower faces, i.e diamond, oval and heart shaped. AVOID IF: you have a round face. Celebrity browspiration:
This retro inspired look is clean and rosey. Timeless pink cheeks and pink lips. Lovely!

Angled Brows:
Strongly pronounced arch in the brows. This look is great for rounded faces & can also help balance out a square jawline. This can help to lift your eyes, but be sure to place the arch in the right position! On Point:
Olivia Wilde: Structured Waves on hair more highlighted at bottom, navy and warm toned taupe smokey eye, angled eyebrows, square face with center part and bangs curling out around cheekbones.

Soft-angled brows:
The most in fashion brow shape of the moment! These brows are flattering for most face shapes and are very feminine and shapely. Beware of the right brow to face ratio. The smaller the face, the less thickness the face can support. Who's wearing it:

Straight Brows:
Ever so slightly pronounced arch. Perfect match for those with elongated face shapes. Brows like:

Now we know the shapes to choose, let's learn some basics. Where your brow should start is in line with your inner corner of your eye, however the set of your eyes can change where you start you brows. Quick tip: draw the shape of your brow with a brow pencil & tweeze outside the lines, after of course checking approximately 100000000 times they're perfect! 2. Thankyou! I prefer to tweeze my brows, mainly because I am very particular & I would prefer that if anyone ruined them, it were me. :)
